Finely chopped veggies ( carrot, onion, cabbage, french beans)
Chopped Garlic:- 5 cloves
Ginger:- 1 tbsp
Chopped onion and capsicum:- 1 cup
Conflour:- 6-7 tbsp
Plain flour(maida):- 4 tbsp
Black pepper powder:- 1 tbsp
Green chili:- 3
Schezwan sauce:- 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Red chili sauce:- 1 tbsp
Soya sauce:- 1 tbsp
Ketchup:- 1 tbsp
How To Make Veg Manchurian
Let’s start to make yummy Veg Manchurian dish. for that, Take one fresh bowl. Add chopped veggies ( such as finely chopped 1 cup cabbage, 1 cup carrot, ½ cup French beans. And 1 cup onion.) then add 1 each tbsp of chopped ginger-garlic. Also, add 1 tbsp of black pepper powder. And a little bit of salt. Mix it together well.
Then add 4 tbsp of cornflour and 4 tbsp of plain flour mix it together well. Kneed like a dough. Then make a small size of balls. As per your choice.
Heat a pan on medium flame. Once the oil gets heated. Fry the Manchurian balls well. Fry until it turns little golden. Once it looks golden keep it aside in a plate.
Heat a kadhai on high flame. Then add 2 tbsp of oil. Then add 4 tbsp of chopped garlic and 4 chopped green chili. Stir it well. Then add some medium size chopped capsicum and onion. Mix it well.
After that add 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 and ½ tbsp of schezwan sauce. 1 tbsp of chili sauce. 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup Mix it well for 1 min. then add 3 cups of water. Let them cook for 2-3 mins. Then add 4 tbsp of cornflour paste ( 5 tbsp of water and 3 tbsp of cornflour). Mix it well.
Then add some salt and a little bit of Ajinomoto. Then add fried Manchurian balls. Let them cook for 2 mins. Then add some chopped spring onion. Switch of the flame. Here yummy veg Manchurian is ready to serve
