red chili powder:- 1 tbsp
turmeric powder:- 1/2 tbsp
garam masala:- 1/2 tbsp
lemon juice :- 1 tbsp
green chili:- 1 chopped
wheat flour:- 2 cup
How to make methi paneer paratha
Let’s start to make yummy methi paneer paratha. first, take 1 cup fresh methi leaves in a bowl. 1/2 tbsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder, 1/3 tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tbsp of garlic paste. 1/2 tbsp of garam masala, 1 tbsp of oil. 1 tbsp of lemon juice mix it well. then add 1 finely chopped green chili and chopped1 tbsp of coriander leaves. the mix also, add salt as per your taste. mix all these ingredients well. here your mixture is ready. keep it aside.
take 2 cups of wheat flour in another bowl. add a little bit of salt as per your taste. then add water and kneed into the dough. add some water (if it is needed). mix it well. then add 1 tbsp of oil. kneed the dough again for 3-4 times and makes it into a smooth dough.
once the dough is ready. keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
take another bowl. add 1 cup of grated paneer. 1/2 tbsp red chili powder. and some salt. 1/4 cup of chopped onion. mix it well.
After 20 mins. make small equal size pf dough balls. take one dough ball and dust it with wheat flour. Roll it into a small Paratha shape and apply little dry flour if it needed. put 3 tbsp of Paneer mixture into the center of Paratha(roti. seal the edges like momos. make it flatter. and some dry flour again rolls it like Paratha.
heat a pan on the gas. add that paratha. cook it until it looks a little golden. then grease some oil.
here paratha is ready to serve.
